    Orders placed on frontcountry.story can only be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. All items ship from the United States

    Please allow up to 3 business days to prepare your order for shipment. A business day is Monday - Friday (excluding US holidays). 

    Please allow 7 business days for shipping. 

    Shipping costs include the cost of Shipping & Handling. 

    Tracking

    After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and an email confirmation. You can log into your account anytime to track your order. You will also receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

    You may receive your order sooner or later than the estimated delivery time depending on order processing factors or shipping transit timelines.

    Returns

    Please see our Refunds Policy 30 days to return after receiving item. 5% restocking fee. Please contact us regarding any quality issues with your product(s).
